Special Announcement

Update 15th November 2020:  We are all thankful to all Victorians for their support in bringing the level of infections down to zero. The COVID-19 restrictions are now progressively being withdrawn as per the Governments plan for both regionally and metropolitan Melbourne. There are still a number guidelines that have to be meet so as to ensure the safety  for all.  Document Signing Stations (DSS) are starting to review the options of reopening with limited opening times, this will be different in each local government area throughout Victoria. 

To assist with the needs of those in the community we are continuing to run the  ‘Online JP Remote Witnessing Service’, which is operating Monday to Friday, from 10am-12pm; 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. You can book a session online by going to https://www.rvahj.org.au/remote-witnessing/ and follow the prompts. You can also access this page from the RVAHJ Homepage. 

The Elwood Head Office is now reopened and providing limited authorised witnessing services based on the Government guidelines, if you need any further details please contact the office by email at: admin@rvahj.org.au or by phone on 9525 7099. 

As individual JP’s are still providing only reduced services; and we strongly recommend that you contact them first for an appointment. These ongoing temporary arrangements are inline with Government guidelines. We know that this is a difficult time and our thanks for your continued patience and understanding when contacting  JP’s who provide their time and service as volunteers.
