The revised Oaths & Affirmations 2018 Act became effective from the 1st March 2019. There have been a number of changes in reference to what is now mandatory or prescribed in regards to wording for swearing as well as for various forms. We recommend to review the attached resources below for education purposes.

Powers Of Attorney 2015 & Advanced Care Directive 2018
The revised Powers Of Attorney Act 2015 & 2017 Amendment brought a number of changes to enduring powers as well as additional classifications on the type of powers that can be given, while at the same time protecting all at the same time.
As part of the ongoing change to update the Enduring Medical Powers of Attorney was replaced by the Advanced Care Directive which was effective from March 2018. This was a major change as to how people can handle their medical treatment when they are not able to. We recommend to review the attached resources below for education purposes.
