How to Vote in this Board Election
Use this Ballot to record your votes.
As per the RVAHJ Constitution s15.7 – s15.8 a ballot is to be conducted for election of Directors.
A ballot is required to be run as there are five (5) vacancies for the position of Director; and there are 7 nominations for these positions. The nominees names are listed below in alphabetical order.
Retiring Directors seeking re-election are denoted with an asterisk*.
To record your vote, tick two (2) boxes next to the names you least support from the list below, leaving the remaining 5 names as your selection for the Director positions. Incorrectly completed ballots will be rejected as informal.
Here is an example of a correctly completed ballot (with fake names):
